Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Club Circle! We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason.
Eligible Items To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- All tags must still be attached.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items marked as final sale.
Refund Process Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or issued as store credit.
Return Shipping Costs You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items unless otherwise stated. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount unless we made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item sent).
How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@clubcircle.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.
- Please ensure that all returned items include proof of purchase (receipt).
